Beginnings
It all began with a vision in 2015. Muhammad Shamsur Rahman and Nurul Amin, our founders, was an aspiring coach dedicated to entrepreneurs. However, despite their passion, they quickly faced the obstacles that hinder many: insufficient funds, a tough market, and the struggle to manage the various technical and marketing tasks vital for creating a thriving online brand. They found themselves at a pivotal moment — whether to handle everything on his own or seek assistance.
The Turning Point
Choosing the second option, Muhammad Shamsur Rahman and Nurul Amin decided to take a risk and recruited their virtual assistant (VA). They quickly knew that they could offload 40 hours of work each week to this new to their team, which allowed them to concentrate on his area of expertise—helping their clients achieve their goals. This insight was pivotal; it paved the way for Grace to bring on a second VA, marking the beginning of his journey toward expanding his business significantly.
The Hard Lessons
In 2018, One of our founders encountered a serious medical issue that kept him away for six months. However, thanks to the reliable team of virtual assistants he had assembled, his business not only endured but continued to prosper. This experience served as both a wake-up call and a demonstration of the strength gained through effective delegation and collaboration.

By carefully tracking and enhancing his methods for screening, recruiting, and training virtual assistants, Muhammad Shamsur Rahman and Nurul Amin grew their business to reach multi-million-dollar revenues. By 201, only four years into his venture, they had established an 8-figure enterprise. However, he did not wish to keep this achievement solely to himself.
